The company has perforated, cold-drawn and cold-rolled stainless steel seamless pipe production lines, and its heat treatment equipment includes computer-controlled natural gas continuous roller-bottom solid solution treatment furnace, perforated inclined bottom heating furnace, and stabilized heat treatment furnace. The maximum capacity of cold drawing unit is 500 tons, which can cold draw finished products with an outer diameter of 630 mm, and the maximum capacity of cold rolling unit can roll finished products with an outer diameter of 325 mm.

The company has direct reading spectrum analyzer, microcomputer hydraulic universal testing machine (room temperature and high temperature), full-automatic low-temperature impact testing machine - 196 ℃, infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic thickness gauge, Rockwell hardness tester, intergranular corrosion test equipment, digital thermometer, eddy current flaw detection unit, ultrasonic flaw detection unit, hydraulic test unit and other testing equipment.
